Terry Gray

Terry Gray has worked in the international development field for the past thirty years. During the past several years he has worked at a senior management level providing organizational leadership to improving programming results through the use of results-based financing instruments. Over this career, he has gained a specialization in brokering multi-sector partnerships to address complex development challenges. He is known for his work on institutional capacity development for local government and other district and sub-district organizations. He is currently the Executive Director of Impact Bridges Group who specialize in improving programming efficiency and distributive justice. Terry has worked throughout the world, living for several years in the Caribbean and Southern Africa. He now resides in the Toronto area.
