Zuzanna Kurzawa

Senior Technical Manager

Zuzanna is a Technical Manager at Limestone Analytics, where her technical areas of focus include cost-benefit analysis, landscape assessments and specialized studies, instrument design, and capacity building. She currently serves as the Technical Coordinator for Call Orders under Limestone’s Gender and Social Inclusion portfolio with the Millenium Challenge Corporation.

Zuzanna has conducted a number of specialized studies, bringing together qualitative and quantitative toolkits and a focus on program sustainability, impact, and inclusion. Recent studies include a White Paper on Financing Disability-Inclusive Education (USAID), supporting the Root Cause Analysis and a Trafficking in Persons assessment for MCC’s program in Kiribati (GSI – MCC), and a critical appraisal of Nutrition International’s MEAL system and a follow-up study on systematizing learning.

Zuzanna has over eight years of experience managing and developing capacity-building programs. She helped design and facilitate USAID’s education finance course “Funding the Future: Public and Private Finance for the Education Sector.” She also oversaw the development of training material and the administration of the Certified Professional Impact Analyst (CPIA) program at Queen’s University, which provides training to professionals from government, NGOs, and the private sector on cost-benefit analysis, innovative finance, and evaluation. She is passionate about equipping organizations with tools to support analysis and learning.
