Kemal Bagzibagli

Senior Economist

Kemal Bagzibagli, Ph.D., is a senior economist at Limestone Analytics and an Assistant Professor at Eastern Mediterranean University. Before joining Limestone, he served as the deputy minister at the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation, Northern Cyprus. He managed numerous civil aviation, highways, traffic, maritime, telecommunication, meteorology, and postal services projects during his duty. Besides his academic career, he has worked as a consultant on economic and risk analysis of development projects and public investment management topics in the past decade. Across Africa, Asia, and North America, he has delivered several executive training programs in these fields. Dr. Bagzibagli has peer-reviewed publications and research papers on investment appraisal, economic development, monetary policy, applied econometrics, and knowledge management.

He brings broad experience in the planning, appraisal, and implementation of development projects to Limestone Analytics. He is currently working on the economic analysis of policy and institutional reform, industrialization and national resource management interventions in Malawi, and a financial support program in El Salvador.
