Saad Chahine

Senior Education Specialist

Saad Chahine, PhD, is a Senior Educational Specialist at Limestone and an Associate Professor at Queen’s University’s Faculty of Education. With over 20 years of experience, Saad has been a teacher, researcher, and evaluator with a focus on improving educational policy and practice.

Saad’s research focuses on psychometrics, monitoring & evaluation, learning, and assessment, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. He’s worked on various educational (K-12) and health professions projects with organizations like The Agha Khan Foundation, the Ministry of Education in Trinidad and Tobago, the Government of Belize, the College Board, the Ontario Ministry of Health, Ontario Ministry of Education, and Nova Scotia Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.
